Empire State Outdoors travels to every region of the state to bring viewers a "bird's eye" view of the bountiful natural resources and recreational opportunities found here. Each episode offers ideas for planning fun, family outings, "how to" segments on recreational activities, and regular features such as "Outdoor Classroom", a show segment geared toward students in grades K-12 that helps educate children about the state's natural resources, staying safe while outdoors, and ways everyone can contribute to preserving our environment.
